Some of those programmes are even deeper and content-free and they form the basis of our personality, they are called META PROGRAMMES. Have you ever heard about the Myerrs-Briggs personality tests (from which most personality tests on the market today derive)? Meta Programmes are the basis of most personality tests. When you understand them you understand yourself and other people in a very deep way. 

When you live your life according to your most crucial values, you get the opportunity to express your passion and talents every day, 'your heart sings', your creativity is at its peak, your energy level as well, and you are clear about what you do, and who you are.
